Self-catering apartment accommodation is often the cheapest type of ski accommodation but this is generally manifested in the quality and the overall space the apartment provides. In the majority of cases, you will find that at least two members of the group will have to sleep in the living room on beds that pull out from underneath the sofas. If you explore the option of taking a self catered apartment with everyone in a bedroom then in many cases it works out at the same price as a catered chalet!
