Chalet Monique has been extensively re-furbished for the 2008-09 season. New furniture and fittings are in place and the chalet now boasts flat screen TVs in all rooms as well as a superb new outdoor hot tub to relax in with a glass of wine after a hard day on the slopes and take in the magnificent views.
There is a four course evening meal with a selection of fine wines along with cooked breakfast and afternoon tea. The “Bottomless Cookie Jar”, along with fluffy bathrobes and towels as well as slippers are also provided to make your stay extra special.
Chalet Monique is blessed not only with a fantastic location close to the heart of Courchevel 1650, but also has a level of quality and comfort that persuades many guests to return year after year. The dining room/lounge is open plan, and bathed in light from the floor to ceiling windows which superbly frame the beautiful view down across the valley and the snow-capped peaks beyond.
Dinner is taken around traditional wood tables, while in the lounge area deep sofas facilitate those after dinner chats. All the bedrooms are en-suite and of a good size.
Chalet Monique is situated just across the road from the nearest shops and bars and the village centre only a minute walk away. The 3-valleys chairlift is 125m from the chalet, and the main resort bubble lift is a 5 minute walk away. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | We know that one of the most important parts of any winter holiday is the food. At the end of a crisp day on the mountain, there is nothing better than sitting down with a glass of wine to enjoy a delicious three course evening meal and relive the day’s adventures.
Breakfast:
To get you started every morning we provide a hearty buffet of cereals, fresh French bread and jams, boiled eggs, porridge, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, tea, and coffee. On six mornings there is also a cooked option to choose from, such as bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs.
Afternoon Tea:
On your return from the slopes every day a delicious afternoon tea is provided of freshly baked cakes, bread and jams, and tea or coffee.
Evening Meal:
On six evenings, following canapés and an aperitifs, you will enjoy a wonderful four course evening meal accompanied by a choice of fine wines (unlimited during the meal). On the festive last evening of the week the meal is followed by a delicious and varied cheeseboard of local specialities and complimentary port.
Dietary Requirements:
Special dietary requirements can be accommodated in all of our properties but advance notice is required.
Please note that unless you are taking a chalet for sole use then our younger guests, aged 14 and under, will be fed at 6.00pm, followed by the adults only dinner.
