We aim to serve plenty of what is fresh and local, because of the abundance of great food in the Savoyarde region. We buy meat from the local butcher in Le Praz and source our cheeses from local suppliers. We also bring to the Alps a taste of the Ardeche region, with our very own jams from the gardens of our summer gites and tapenades with olives from the trees from the surrounding area.

No day on the slopes is complete without a sustaining breakfast of fruit juice, freshly baked bread, home made preserves, cereals, fruit and natural yoghurts, hot porridge, a choice of teas, filter coffee and a fruit basket to get you under way. In addition we make eggs "du jour" from 8:00am until 9:30am every day except Thursdays, whether you plan for first lift up the mountain or a well deserved lie-in.

On your return from the mountain, you'll be able to enjoy freshly baked cake and tea in front of the fire while you you put your feet up, dissect the day’s activities and relax as we prepare your gourmet evening meal.

Aperitifs and canapés precede a splendid three course evening meal and fine wine on 6 nights.

We are happy to cater for any special dietary needs within reason, but we do ask that you make us aware of your requirements in writing at the time of booking. We can also cater for younger children to have an earlier meal and will take the same care and attention as we would with the adult food.
